So, not so much to report really.
Having had both my days off 'extreme weather'ed off in terms of skiing and snowboarding, i did finally get to go out again in the middle of my working afternoon for a free lesson :D Life is good to me sometime - well, often, really. So I'm now working on getting my 'linked turns' smooth and then might venture on to some more of the runs - go up to the top of the mountain and take some pictures of the view (There will be pictures soon, promise...). I'm thinking about going skiing tomorrow morning before work, but that is somewhat dependant on my getting up... so, we'll see... Besides I'm gearing up for by far our busiest weekend yet, so perhaps i should save the energy...
Anywayz, i digress, the main reason that I made this post was to express my contained excitement at getting paid for the first time :D It was only 4 days worth, so not quite enough to pay next months rent yet, but i'm just very excited to have been paid anything at all really! It feels like some measure of success - when you've gone and flown out to a different continent and said to everyone that you're going to get a job, it's nice to actually have carried through on your promise (threat?).
So, um, that was all really. Rachael got piad - woop, role on next fortnight (Incidently Christmas Eve, i think, what a nice way to start christmas :) )
